Why choose Skydive Seneca Lake for my group reservation?
Group reservations with Skydive Seneca Lake are as easy and seamless as possible! We do not force a “group organizer” to pay the deposit for all group members, enter details of each group participant, or do any work on behalf of the group as other drop zones often do. With the group booking service provided by Burble Bookings, each group member can book individually using the group code assigned to the first member of the group who booked. Anybody who books a reservation by clicking on the calendar will receive a new group code, so please ensure additional group members use your assigned group code when adding on to your group. Each participant will enter their own information, pay their own deposit, and sign their e-waiver online. We offer a group discount (which is not stackable with other discounts and eligible promotions). We encourage group members to only pay a deposit at the time of booking, and not utilize the “pay-in-full” option available since all group discounts will be taken off your balance on the day of the skydive. Group discounts become greater as your group grows larger. You can continue to add additional group members, even on the day of your jump! How to start a group reservation as "group leader"
The first group member will simply choose a time and date with plenty of available slots open to accommodate the expected group size. They will make an individual reservation, and upon completion will be assigned a group code. This code can be shared with friends and family immediately, and we encourage all group members to book as soon as possible to ensure that these reservation slots are not booked by other groups.

How to add yourself to an existing group reservation
When additional group members go to book by clicking on the “Book Now” button on our website, they will then click the link BELOW the calendar for “Join a Group” instead of clicking on the calendar. This will prompt them to enter the group code along with their personal information and pay for their individual deposit. They will then receive a confirmation email showing they have been added to the group reservation.
What if our group needs to reschedule for another day?
We are happy to reschedule your entire group at no additional cost! At Skydive Seneca Lake, our staff members are here on site all day long 5+ days a week regardless of level of reservations, or weather conditions. We are excited to take your group skydiving, the next preferred upcoming day with enough availability to accommodate your group size. Deposits are not refundable but can be moved forward to a future date with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (12 hours’ notice in the event of a bad weather forecast). We know life sometimes gets in the way, and when organizing a large group, we do not want a group member to miss out on the action. We hope to allow your entire group have the experience of a lifetime with us once you are ready! Deposits are valid through the end of the following skydiving season (up to 18 months). If you are here in the Finger Lakes region on vacation, we strongly encourage you to book your skydive for the first half of your time here in the region, allowing you to pick an alternative day if the weather does not permit you to jump on the day of your reservation, see our weather policy below.
What if the weather does not cooperate?
We certainly don’t want to let you down by having you show up to skydive only to wait around all day and not even be able to skydive! We know that your time is valuable, so we do allow groups to reschedule if the weather forecast shows inclement weather. Please give us a call before rescheduling due to weather concerns. We also will call ALL existing reservations the day before if we expect weather holds, delays, or cancellations to provide an update and give each group the opportunity to either show up earlier/later to avoid inclement weather, or reschedule to another preferred date and time. If you are making a long drive to jump with us, this will save you a great deal of time and gas money! If you are here in the Finger Lakes region on vacation, we will let you know about the MANY nearby waterfalls and other attractions that you could visit while waiting out the weather.

What if a group member is over 225 lbs?
Any participant over 225 pounds will pay a small additional fee to skydive. Please have them give us a call before booking so we can ask a few questions to ensure they will be able to meet some basic safety requirements to ensure a safe aircraft exit and parachute landing. Due to our highly experienced and talented staff as well as top-notch skydiving gear, both of our full-time tandem instructors can safely take passengers up to 270 pounds. Mike and Jason have together completed over 20,000 skydives, and really enjoy sharing the love and joy of skydiving with anybody who can safely exit the aircraft and properly lift their legs for a safe parachute landing! Both Mike and Jason are Safety & Training Advisors with the United States Parachute Association.

Do all group members have to book the same altitude package?
Group members can each choose any altitude, and any media package! If any of your group members wish to book our 13,000 foot above ground skydive, there is a minimum of 2 participants for this selected altitude within your group. Group members do not need to decide about their media purchase at the time of booking, or even before the skydive! We offer the ability to preview your video and photos after you land, before you decide to make a purchase.

With Skydive Seneca Lake, you're in control of your skydiving experience. We offer two altitude packages, along with two pricing options for weekends vs weekdays, to suit your preferences and budget:

10,000 Feet
Dive into the adrenaline rush from a height of 10,000 feet above ground level. Feel the wind rush past you as you freefall towards the earth, soaking in the beauty of the Finger Lakes landscape below. Freefall duration is 30 seconds. Parachute deployment altitude is always 5,500 feet above ground for tandem skydiving. -
13,000 Feet
Take your adventure to new heights with a thrilling jump from 13,000 feet above ground!. Experience the ultimate adrenaline surge as you plummet towards the earth, enjoying extended freefall time and even more stunning views. Freefall duration is a whopping 50 seconds!

Once you receive your booking confirmation, please share your assigned group code and encourage all group members to secure their slots ASAP before they sell out to another group! The best time of day to accommodate large group reservations is starting early in the morning. This ensures that if we experience weather delays, you will be first in line once the weather clears.
