🌟 Skydivers of the Month: Stacy & Carlton
If you’ve spent any time around Skydive Seneca Lake, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Stacy and Carlton.
They both learned to skydive right here in Ovid over five years ago and have since logged just under 1,000 skydives combined — most of them at Seneca Lake. You’ll usually find them hanging around the drop zone with the rest of the crew, jumping in to help when we’re short-staffed, answering questions for tandem guests, or organizing jumps with newer members of the community.
They’re the kind of skydivers who make a drop zone feel like home, and we’re incredibly grateful they came back to Ovid when we launched Skydive Seneca Lake.

Thanks for being such a huge part of this place, guys. 🤘
⭐ From a Recent Google Review
"My dad, brother, and I went skydiving for my dad's 75th birthday. The team was perfect, fun and clearly very experienced. The experience for us was very low-key, they took care of everything and walked us through with clear instructions. We felt very safe and happy the whole time. The view from the plane and the jump of the lakes was beautiful, much prettier than my last jump, and we fell through the clouds which was so cool. The photos and videos provided were also great shots and comprehensive, well worth it, even though the picture taking was so well integrated you barely noticed. It was nice not having to pay attention to an additional camera person. Overall, excellent experience. Thank you to the Skydive Seneca Lake team!"
That’s all for now — but we’re just getting started.
Thanks for being part of the Skydive Seneca Lake community. We’ll see you in April (licensed jumpers)… and May 1st for tandems.
Blue skies,
Skydive Seneca Lake
